Based on the Flux documentation, you can change the board size by editing the Layout object. Please follow these steps:
  1. Select the Layout object from the object tree (or click on it in the canvas).
  2. In the right-side panel under "Object-Specific Rules," click Edit (or Add) and search for the rule labeled Size.
  3. Enter the dimensions as 2in 3in (first value is the X size, and the second is the Y size).

Here are the steps from the Flux documentation:
  • Select the Layout object from the Objects tab on the left.

  • Enter the desired dimensions as 2in 3in (where 2in is the width and 3in is the height). You can specify units using "in", "mm", or "mil".
