Removing PCB Mask Query

Reading docs about how to remove solder mask to expose copper area on top layer near board outline in Flux pcb layout.
I couldn’t find any Flux documentation that explains a way to locally remove the solder-mask on the top layer (e.g., to expose copper 2 mm in from the PCB outline). That likely means this specific feature is not available in Flux today.
