Enabling Ground Pour Process.

Using Knowledge Base Tool.

Reading docs for: "How to manually route PCB traces in Flux Editor, set specific trace widths during routing, and complete airwires shown in the Reviews panel."

Reading docs for: "How to move and place components in Flux PCB editor to increase spacing between parts, like moving U1 and J2 farther apart."

Quoting guidelines and organizing the response.

I can’t move parts or route on your PCB directly, but here are the exact Flux steps to finish what you asked, with the relevant docs quoted verbatim.
Move U1 and J2 farther apart (increase spacing) “To move a component, left-click on it and drag it to the desired position. For rotating a part, there are two options:
Route the power, I2C, and SPI nets “To connect parts, hover over a part to reveal its terminals, then click on the white dots to begin routing mode. You don't need any tools. simply click where on the white dot to start wiring. To complete the connection, click on the terminal of the other element. While in wiring mode, you can also change the wire angle (elbow) direction of the route by pressing the “f” key. To cancel the routing mode, press the escape key.” Source: https://docs.flux.ai/flux/reference/reference-positioning-wiring#wiring
Use 0.5 mm for power traces “Preferred Trace Widths Defines a set of widths which will show up in the Context Menu for easy access. The keyboard shortcut W will cycle through the set.” Source: https://docs.flux.ai/flux/reference/layout-rules-types#preferred-trace-widths
Fix copper overlaps (delete and reroute) “Select the object and press Del. Right-click and choose Delete.” Source: https://docs.flux.ai/flux/faq/faq-s-about-the-pcb-editor
Add a solid GND plane on bottom “Creating a Polygon To create a polygon in Flux: Hover over a pad in your PCB design Right-click to open the context menu Navigate to Start Routing Polygon Click on the canvas to place points for your polygon Shift while placing points to enable free-angle mode (otherwise points snap to 45° angles) … To complete the polygon, either: Click on the middle of the pad you started from, or Double-click anywhere else on the canvas” Source: https://docs.flux.ai/flux/tutorials/working-with-polygons#getting-started
Prioritized endpoints to click and route in your board
  • Power (0.5 mm width):
    • 3V3: U1:3V3 to J2:P2 and P20; to R1:P2 and R2:P2.
    • 5V: U9:VCC to U7:VCC.
  • I2C:
    • SDA: U1:IO8 to U7:SDA and R1:P1 and J2:P24.
    • SCL: U1:IO9 to U7:SCL and R2:P1 and J2:P22.
  • SPI (display):
    • CLK: U1:IO18 to J2:P10.
    • CS: U1:IO5 to J2:P14.
    • DC: U1:IO21 to J2:P16.
Fix the reported copper overlaps
  • Focus around: R1, D1, F1, and U1. Delete the overlapping segment(s) and reroute per the wiring steps above.
Bottom-layer ground plane and stitching
  • Create a bottom-layer polygon tied to GND per the polygon steps. This will address the “Stitch GND” requirement and clear many return-path airwires. Add more polygons for local shielding if needed using the same workflow.
After each pass, re-open Reviews and verify:
  • Airwires count goes to 0.
  • Copper overlaps resolved.
If any specific nets still appear in Reviews, tell me the net names and I’ll map the exact endpoints for you to click next.
