From the datasheet for IC1, the output is set by:
Vout=1.25×(1+R2R1)V_{out} = 1.25 \times \left(1 + \frac{R2}{R1}\right)
In your schematic:
  • R4 = upper resistor from output to feedback
  • R3 = lower resistor from feedback to ground
Current values:
  • R3 = 2.2 kΩ
  • R4 = 47 kΩ

Keeping R3 at 2.2 kΩ:
