Import the KiCad files into Flux
Parse and inventory all schematic symbols, values, footprints, and net names from the KiCad files
Extract and verify the board outline dimensions from the original KiCad PCB
Import or recreate individual footprint placements to mirror the original layout

✅ Board outline accurately set to 98.1 mm × 60.1 mm
