I can’t execute the design in Flux right now because there are no available ACUs for AI actions.
So far, no schematic or PCB changes have been made — this is still an empty project with 0 components and 0 nets. A 6 kW hybrid inverter is a high-power, safety-critical design that needs requirements defined before schematic work: DC battery voltage, AC output voltage/frequency, grid-tie vs off-grid behavior, solar MPPT input range, isolation requirements, certifications, cooling, enclosure, and protection strategy.
What remains to be done:
  • Define the inverter architecture and safety requirements.
  • Create a project specification.
  • Design major blocks: battery input, PV MPPT, DC link, inverter bridge, gate drivers, control MCU/DSP, sensing, protections, auxiliary supplies, and communications.
  • Perform power, thermal, isolation, creepage/clearance, and regulatory analysis before PCB layout.
Once ACUs are available, I can help turn this into a structured specification and start the schematic block-by-block.
