Hypex DSA254 Carrier Board Design

Precheck passed, but it warned that some J5 fine-pitch power/speaker pins can’t accept the currently implied wide routing. I’m adding conservative neck-down trace rules for those nets before autorouting so the router can escape J5 safely.
Routing could not start because execution credits ran out during the autoroute job.
Completed before the block:
  • Preserved the current placement.
  • Ran the routing precheck: board is valid for routing.
  • Added fine-pitch escape allowances for the J5 power and speaker nets by setting 0.15 mm minimum trace width on HV and speaker nets.
  • Kept the existing HV/LV separation rules and protected HV zone in place.
Remaining:
  • Resume autorouting once credits are available.
  • Review the routed board for remaining airwires and clearance issues.
  • Pay special attention to the preflight warnings around the temporary fine-pitch J5 footprint: several HV and speaker pins still warn that the implied route width may exceed pin size, so the exact 69-pin Hypex footprint or routed neckdowns may still be needed before manufacturing.
