How to run Auto-Layout and then clear remaining DRC errors
Below is the official step-by-step procedure from Flux’s documentation.

| 1 | Switch to the PCB tab. | Auto-Layout only works in PCB view. |
| 2 | Click the Auto-Layout button (lightning-bolt icon) in the bottom-right toolbar. | If you don’t see it, your account may not have the preview feature yet. |
| 3 | Choose a routing style (default is “Two-layer, shortest path”). | For most boards leave defaults. |
| 4 | Click Start Auto-Layout. | The AI will begin routing; you can watch progress or close the dialog and work elsewhere. |
| 5 | Wait until the status reads Completed. | Large designs can take minutes; you’ll be notified when finished. |
| 6 | Review the board—zoom in on critical nets (power, SPI, antenna traces). | Make sure pour shapes around the NRF modules still respect the 0.5 mm keep-out you added. |
| 7 | Re-run a full DRC: • Menu → Tools → Run DRC → Select all rule groups → Run. | Any new spacing or trace-width violations will appear. |
| 8 | Fix residual errors manually: • Over-clearance: widen gaps or move traces. • Minimum-width: thicken offending traces. • Unconnected airwires: route the missing segment or add a via. | After each fix, press Regenerate Fills so polygons repour. |
| 9 | Repeat DRC until 0 errors. | The DRC panel on the right will turn green. |
