Según la guía de la base de conocimiento de Flux:

Para 24 V a 2,5 A por canal recomendamos usar MOSFET N-canal de canal bajo (low-side) y un driver de puerta dedicado, en lugar de P-canal por sus mayores RDS(on).
Incluya siempre una resistencia de pull-down en la puerta (por ejemplo 100 kΩ) para garantizar el apagado si el MCU se reinicia (con un pull-up al drenador no aplicable en low-side).
Añada un gate-resistor (10 Ω) en serie para limitar picos de corriente de entrada de carga de puerta.
Use drivers de puerta como UCC27517 o IR2110 con desacoplo local para manejar la carga Qg sin sobrecargar los pines del ATmega2560.
