Ho implementato il fix definitivo nello schema: RSHUNT ora è realmente in serie tra 5V / U6:IN+ e RELAY_COIL_HIGH_SENSE / U6:IN- / K1:A1, quindi la bobina del relè ha il percorso di alimentazione corretto e l’INA219 misura la caduta sullo shunt. Ho anche piazzato RSHUNT vicino a U6 e documentato la modifica in Relay / INA219 Shunt Fix.
Non ordinare ancora: dopo l’aggiunta dello shunt il PCB va riroutato/autoroutato perché la review segnala ancora airwire/overlap sul layout; non ho uno strumento affidabile qui per riscrivere manualmente le tracce. Le connessioni schematiche sono corrette, ma il layout deve tornare DRC-clean prima della produzione.

Fatto: ho aggiornato il BOM per il nuovo componente RSHUNT con un part JLC/LCSC concreto: YAGEO RL1206FR-070R22L, LCSC/JLCPCB C155692, 0.22Ω ±1%, 0.25W, 1206. Rimane comunque da fare il controllo finale in JLC, ma ora il nuovo shunt non è più solo “generic” nei dati BOM.
