I’ll run the manufacturing release checks first, resolve any blocking issues that can be fixed safely, then export Gerbers, BOM, pick-and-place, and board drawings.
I’m checking the release gates now: routing/copper, footprints, stackup, and the closed board outline. Because this is a ±85 V high-power board, I’ll treat any high-voltage or current-density concern as a manufacturing warning even if basic DRC passes.
Manufacturing export is blocked because no ACUs remain. I loaded the required checklist and started the release-gate process, but no final validation or files were generated.
Remaining:
Run final DRC, footprint, stackup, and board-outline checks.
Review ±85 V clearance and high-current copper risks.
Export Gerbers, BOM, pick-and-place, and board drawings.
