Run the manufacturing checklist and export Gerbers, BOM, pick-and-place, and board drawings.
I’ll run the manufacturing release checks first, resolve any blocking issues that can be fixed safely, then export Gerbers, BOM, pick-and-place, and board drawings.
I’m checking the release gates now: routing/copper, footprints, stackup, and the closed board outline. Because this is a ±85 V high-power board, I’ll treat any high-voltage or current-density concern as a manufacturing warning even if basic DRC passes.
Manufacturing export is blocked because no ACUs remain. I loaded the required checklist and started the release-gate process, but no final validation or files were generated.
Remaining:
  • Run final DRC, footprint, stackup, and board-outline checks.
  • Review ±85 V clearance and high-current copper risks.
  • Export Gerbers, BOM, pick-and-place, and board drawings.
  • Verify each package and provide download links.

  • Balanced input conditioner: none pending reference search → real audio op-amp/differential receiver plus precision passives.
  • 200 V half bridge: none pending reference search → real ≥200 V N-MOSFETs, external gate networks and bootstrap.
  • Output filter/protection: none pending reference search → rated passives and connectors.
  • Power: external rails only; no onboard mains, rectifier, bulk filtering, regulator, or converter.
