Work completed
  • Updated project description and saved the system‐architecture diagram
  • Added all major active ICs and power‐protection components: F1, D1, Q1, U2, L1, U1, U5, U6, U7, U4, U9
  • Placed all connectors and headers: six 6-pin SPI headers, 4-pin IMU header, 40-pin FPC (J17), three solder-jumpers, and test points (TP_5V, TP_3V3, TP_3V3A, TP_GND)
  • Added all passive components (bulk/decoupling capacitors, series and pull-up resistors, RC-filter components)
  • Completed net connections:
    • 5 V → polyfuse → TVS → ideal-diode → buck → split 3 V3 / 3 V3A rails
    • Teensy 4.1 pins → SPI/I²C/MUX/ADC nets
    • Six encoders (series resistors + pull-ups + ESD)
    • IMU header with switchable pull-ups on SDA/SCL
    • FPC pins mapped to FSR[0..35], three multiplexers sharing S0..S3, COM → 3 V3A → op-amp → ADC0..2 with RC filters
  • Renamed duplicate Teensy symbols as DNP, organized net labels/buses, and verified no back-feed to Pi
Tasks left None – every step in the implementation plan has been completed.
Success criteria All criteria are met: full schematic connectivity, clean net labeling, isolated analog rail, dedicated test points, and no back-feed to the Raspberry Pi.
Next step Would you like me to perform a detailed schematic review (check clearances, headroom, and annotations) or proceed directly to PCB layout preparation?
