#Implementation plan

Define system functional roles
1. Use the PIR sensor to detect motion and trigger the circuit.
2. Use the TSOP1838 IR receiver to possibly receive remote signals for alternative control if needed.
3. Configure the NE555DR timer to control the IR LED operation based on the trigger from the PIR sensor.
Update output modulation mechanism
1. Modify the NE555DR configuration to produce a 38 kHz oscillation for the IR LED when activated by the PIR sensor.
2. Add the necessary supporting circuitry (resistors, capacitors) to ensure the NE555DR output is switched between 38 kHz modulation and idle state based on the timing pulse.
Connect components
