Voici une description du schéma, étape par étape, que vous pourrez reproduire dans Flux :

1. Bloc d'alimentation (Power Bank 4S4P)

Représentez le pack de batteries LI-ion (4S4P) avec ses bornes +V et GND.

2. Distribution vers les convertisseurs buck

À partir de la borne +V de la batterie, répartissez trois branches, chacune passant par son fusible dédié.
- Chaque fusible protège ensuite l'entrée du convertisseur buck correspondant.

3. Convertisseur Buck_Moteurs_12V

Entrée : La sortie du premier fusible.
Sortie : Régulée à 12V.
- La sortie 12V se divise vers deux drivers (pilotes de moteur) dont la sortie alimente chacun un moteur NEMA17.
Protection sur sortie :
- Connectez en parallèle (sur la sortie 12V) un circuit de protection composé d’une diode zener (montée en inverse) qui est reliée à la gate d’un MOSFET.
- La topologie attendue est que la diode zener surveille la tension ; en cas de dépassement (correspondant à une défaillance en court-circuit de la buck), la diode fait saturer le MOSFET qui court-circuite le fusible en amont.

4. Convertisseur Buck_Photo

Entrée : La sortie du second fusible.
Sortie : Régulée à 7.4V.
- La sortie 7.4V alimente :
  - Une dummy battery pour l’appareil Canon EOS 500D.
  - En parallèle, alimente l'entrée d'un régulateur 3.3V (le modèle mentionné sur Amazon).
    - Le régulateur 3.3V fournit ensuite l’alimentation à une carte ESP32.
Protection sur sortie :
- Comme pour Buck_Moteurs_12V, installez en parallèle le circuit composé d’une diode zener (en inverse) et d’un MOSFET commandé par cette diode pour court-circuiter le fusible en cas de surtension.

5. Convertisseur Buck_Annexe

Entrée : La sortie du troisième fusible.
Sortie : Régulée à 6V.
- La sortie 6V se dirige vers la charge prévue dans la partie annexe du système.
Protection sur sortie :
- De même, sur la branche 6V, placez un circuit de protection (diode zener connectée à la gate d’un MOSFET, dont le déclenchement court-circuite le fusible en amont).

6. Réseau de protection pour chacun des buck
Pour chaque convertisseur buck, le circuit de protection est semblable :

Diode Zener (polarisée en inverse) connectée entre la sortie du buck et la gate du MOSFET.
MOSFET (dont le drain est connecté pour court-circuiter via le fusible et dont la source est reliée à la masse) qui, une fois saturé par la conduction de la diode, déclenche un court-circuit sur le fusible alimentant le buck.

7. Références communes

Toutes les masses (GND) des convertisseurs, batteries et charges doivent être reliées ensemble.
Vous pouvez ajouter des annotations sur les tensions aux sorties de chaque buck pour une lecture claire du schéma.

Notes supplémentaires :

Le dimensionnement (valeurs du zener, caractéristiques du MOSFET) devra être choisi en fonction de la tension de régulation de chaque convertisseur et de la valeur du fusible utilisé.
Chaque branche comportant son fusible permet d’isoler une défaillance éventuelle (court-circuit sur la sortie d’un buck) en faisant sauter le fusible.
