Yes - I can measure dimensions if the uploaded file contains a usable scale or known reference.

What I can usually do:

Read board outline dimensions from Gerbers/EDA files
Estimate or extract dimensions from mechanical/CAD reference files when geometry is available
Analyze images and measure features relative to a reference object or visible dimension callout

Limits:

If it is just a photo/image with no scale, ruler, known part size, or dimension annotation, I can only give an estimate, not a reliable real-world measurement.
Some proprietary formats have limited parsing, so export format matters
