You want “only a pin” added. I can do that with a single test pad or a 1x1 header as a standalone pin. I’ve prepared a plan to add exactly one pin and nothing else.
Quick clarifications so I place the right thing:
- Should it be a bare test pad (TP1) or a 1x1 header?
- Do you want it unconnected for now, or tied to a specific net?
- Any footprint constraints (pad size, through-hole vs SMT, top vs bottom)?

- Add a 1x13 connector, set designator (J1), and place it on the schematic.
- Leave all pins unconnected.
- Sync to PCB so the footprint is available.
