En este caso, la opción para crear un nuevo archivo puede no ser evidente de inmediato. Te recomiendo lo siguiente:

Verifica la barra de herramientas:
Cuando haces clic en el botón Code, observa si aparece algún ícono de “+” o “Nuevo Archivo” en alguna parte de la pantalla (usualmente en la parte superior o lateral del editor). -
Revisa el panel izquierdo en el editor de código:
A veces, al abrir el modo Code se despliega una lista de archivos existentes en la parte izquierda. Busca allí un botón o enlace para agregar un nuevo archivo. -
Haz clic nuevamente en "Code":
Se ha reportado que en algunas versiones de Flux el botón Code puede desplegar una vista que oculta temporalmente el botón de crear un archivo. Volviendo a hacer clic o navegando con el cursor en el área del editor podría revelar la opción.
