- Full schematic placement and net wiring for Raspberry Pi 5 header, HAT ID EEPROM, PCIe FFC, M.2 Key B slot, buck converter, fuse, current sense, ESD/TVS, fan header, decoupling/passives, pull-ups, AC-coupling caps, test points, and status LEDs.
- PCB outline defined at 65.0 mm × 56.5 mm with Standard 4-layer stackup, mounting holes, and thermal keepout zones per Pi 5 HAT spec.

- Assign inner copper layers for power planes and configure ground fill.
- Verify that all components have proper footprints and package assignments.

- ⚠️ Power-plane layer assignment and footprint/package verification remain
