Correction: There are currently 10 holes visible on the 2D layout. Please delete the 2 old/extra standalone mechanical holes inside the left section that do not align with the 4 corners.
Keep only the 8 perfectly aligned corner holes (4 on the left section corners, 4 on the right section corners). After deleting the 2 extra holes, spread out the BM3451 IC and components into the cleared space and resolve the routing.

I’ll delete only the two misaligned extra holes, then reposition the BM3451/support components into the cleared left-section space and clean/reroute the layout.

Partially completed, but routing is not yet clean.
Done:
  • Deleted the 2 extra standalone left-section holes.
  • Kept the 8 aligned M6 corner anchor holes.
  • Re-spaced U1, filters, balancing parts, and optocoupler zone away from the M6 clearance areas.
  • Ran autorouting once, cleaned bad traces, then ran one cleanup autoroute pass.
Final status:
  • No overlapping copper remains in the checked results.
  • 2 airwire errors remain.
  • 40 dangling-trace warnings remain after the cleanup pass.
I stopped because the routing workflow limit is two autoroute passes; further cleanup likely needs targeted manual routing or another placement adjustment around the remaining failing nets.
