Bevor ich die genaue Verdrahtung beschreibe, eine kurze Rückfrage zur Amplitudenregelung:
Möchtest du
  1. Die vorgeschlagene JFET-AGC-Schaltung (mit 2N3819 und 10 µF Kondensator) umsetzen – dann bräuchten wir idealerweise noch eine Gleichrichterdiode und ein Gate-Bias-Widerstandsnetzwerk, oder
  2. Eine feste Verstärkung von 3 mit einem festen Feedback-Spannungsteiler (z. B. 20 kΩ und 10 kΩ), ganz ohne AGC-Bauteile?
Daraus ergibt sich die konkrete Verdrahtung: gib Bescheid, welche Variante du bevorzugst!
