J3 and J5 are both 2-position screw-terminal connectors (DG250-3.5-02P-11-00A(H)) for two of your optocoupler channels. From the PCB layout data:

They share identical footprints and were both placed at the canvas origin (0, 0). That’s why they’re directly on top of each other.
To fix this, move each connector to its intended channel location (e.g. spaced along the board edge). For example, shift:
  • J3 → X = 5 mm, Y = –15 mm (for channel 3)
  • J5 → X = 5 mm, Y = +15 mm (for channel 5)
(or whatever your channel row spacing requires). Once you drag them to unique coordinates, they’ll no longer overlap.

Here’s the relevant section from the Flux documentation on repositioning components:
Positioning
To move a component, left-click on it and drag it to the desired position. For rotating a part, there are two options:
  • Right-click on the part you want to rotate and select “Rotate right” or “Rotate left.”
  • To rotate parts quickly, use the open or close square brackets [ ]

Note: moving or rotating a component creates an Object-Specific Layout Rule with the desired position or rotation, which you can also edit directly.
