I was not able to safely fix the hidden generated P1 auto-position items. I verified that P1 is not a normal schematic component, attempted two layout-only fixes, and reverted the unrelated placement changes so the board is back to its prior state.
Remaining blocker:
  • Auto-route still reports POSITION_AUTO for 10 generated P1 items.
  • These appear to be generated pad/portal layout artifacts, not ordinary editable schematic components.
Suggested next steps:
  1. Manually inspect/select the P1 items in PCB view and assign explicit positions if Flux exposes them.
  2. If they are not selectable, contact Flux support: https://docs.flux.ai/Introduction/getting-support.
  3. After P1 is cleared, rerun routing.

To manually find the hidden P1 items in PCB view:
  1. Open PCB view.
  2. Use the search / find box in the left panel or command/search bar.
  3. Search for:
    • P1
    • then try Pad P1
    • then try just Pad
  4. If results appear, click each P1 result to select/highlight it on the board.
  5. In the right properties panel, look for Position.
  6. If Position is set to auto or blank, change it to a real location inside the board, for example:
    • -27mm -18mm
    • -24mm -18mm
    • -21mm -18mm
    • keep each one spaced apart.
  7. Repeat until all P1 items have explicit positions.
  8. Run the routing check again.
If P1 does not appear in search:
  • Turn on visibility for pads, portals, hidden items, and all layers if those toggles are available.
  • Zoom to board corners/margins and use box-select near the edges.
  • Check whether the selected item name in the properties panel changes to P1.
Important: do not move Q1–Q6, shunts, U_GATE_DRV, U1, USB1, or other placed components. Only edit items actually named P1.
