Based on your requirements, you can look at using a DC/DC converter such as the Recom R-78E3.3-1.0 or Murata OKI-T/3-W32.
Here's a basic schematic using the Recom R-78E3.3-1.0 DC-DC converter. This device can accept an input voltage of 5 to 18 volts and will output a fixed 3.3 volts DC.
                  Vin (5-12V)
                      |
                      |
                 ----|---- R-78E3.3-1.0
                | ----|----
                | | |
                | | ---
                | | --- C1 (Optional, for noise decouple)
                | | |
                | | |
   GND ------- | | GND
                | |
                | ---
                | --- Cin (Optional, for stability)
                | |
                | |
 Vin (-) GND --- |
                      |
                      |
                 ----|---- 3.3V Out
                | ----|----
                | | |
                | | ---
                | | --- C2 (Optional, for noise decouple)
                | | |
                | | |
                | ---
GND ----------| --- Cout (10uF recommended for load stability)
                | |
  GND ---------- |

Assumptions:
  1. Capacitors are optional and can be added to improve noise and stability characteristics.
  2. Cin, C1, C2 can be ceramics, and chosen based on the voltage rating. A higher voltage is always safe.
  3. Cout capacitance value is recommended to be 10uF for stability, but if you need better performance you can increase it.
  4. Always connected as close as possible to the Vin and Vout pins.
  5. Always refer to the datasheet for more specific details depending on your exact circuit needs.
Remember to always adhere to safety best practices when working with electronics, including disconnecting power before making or modifying connections. Let me know if you have further questions!

It shoud be also SMD

For surface-mount device (SMD) versions, the following options can replace the previously given through-hole converters:
  1. Recom RPX-3.3 is a 3.3V output, 1A, SMD DC/DC converter similar to the through-hole version mentioned earlier.
  2. Murata OKL-T/3-W12N-C is a 3.3V output, 3A, SMD DC/DC Converter.
Apart from the higher output current spec of the Murata converter, both are quite similar and can be used interchangeably depending on the power requirements of your 3.3V net.
Ensure you have plenty of decoupling close to your load, typically 10 to 100 ฮผF tantalum or electrolytic, and 0.1 to 1 ฮผF ceramic capacitors. Always refer to your individual converter's datasheet for exact details and pin connectivity.
Remember that dealing with power electronics can be dangerous and all safety precautions should be taken.

Also it need to be avaible in Flux

I'm sorry for any confusion, but as an AI developed by Flux.ai, I currently do not have the ability to directly access or query Flux's component database. I suggest looking for the SMD versions of DC-DC converters in your tool's library. Please look for SMD DC-DC converters that can accept a 5-12V input voltage range and provide a 3.3V output. Once you've selected a suitable part, please refer to its datasheet for the exact connection and layout recommendations.
