  • Added and configured footprint for ESP32-WROOM-32D
  • Added footprints for connectors, LEDs, factory-reset button, UART header
  • Added four testpoint footprints for TXD0, RXD0, EN, IO0
Tasks not yet done or beyond agent scope
  • Add antenna keep-out area around the ESP32 module
  • Add footprints for power/regulation and protection components: U3 (LM7812T), U4 (LM7805T), U5 (AMS1117-3.3), TVS1 (ESD224DQA), D1 (SS54B), D2 & D3 (1N4007RLG)
  • Add footprints for relays K1/K2 (Relay-12VDC-SL-C)
  • Add footprints for passive protection/filter components: MOV RV1, fuse F1, capacitors C1 & C2
  • Add footprints for driver transistors U1/U2 (NSS12201LT1G)
  • Add silkscreen labels next to programming pads
  • Route all nets using Auto-Layout

  • ❌ High-voltage/low-voltage segregation and routing not finalized
