Teensy 4.0 Pads Update

Previous thread reported completion but current readback still shows only 33 terminals (0-23 plus power/control), and PCB pad list has no pads 24 or 25. Please actually mutate the part now.

Add terminal 24 (A10) and terminal 25 (A11), visible in the parametric symbol and bound to correctly located bottom SMT footprint pads 24 and 25 per PJRC Teensy 4.0 Rev 2 back-side pinout: https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/card10a_rev2_web.pdf. Preserve all existing terminal numbers, existing pad geometry/mapping, and all other properties. Derive exact pad geometry/location from the authoritative Teensy 4.0 mechanical/pinout drawing; do not guess. Publish a new version. Before completing, use get_symbol pins and get_layout tree readback and only declare success if both 24 and 25 appear.
