- A compact microcontroller suitable for small projects.
- Handles data processing and communication with the OLED display and buttons.
2. Current Sensor: ACS712ELCTR-20A-T (U2)- Measures the current flowing through the circuit.
- Provides an analog voltage output proportional to the current.
3. Power Supply: HLK-5M05 (PS1)- Converts AC voltage to a stable 5V DC supply necessary for powering the components.
4. Buttons: TS-1088R-02026 (OK, MENU, NEXT)- Three tactile switches are used for user inputs.
5. OLED Display (OLED1)- Displays real-time current readings.
- Connected via the I2C interface with SDA and SCL pins.
Connections Power Connections- Power Supply to Components:
- Connect PS1: +VO to VCC pins of U1, U2, and OLED1.
- Ground (PS1: -VO to GND pins of all components): Connect PS1:-VO to U1:GND, U2:GND, and OLED1:GND.
Sensor Connections- Current Sensor:
- Connect U2 and U2 across the current path.
- Output (U2 and U2) goes to U1.
Display Connections- OLED Display:
- OLED1 to U1.
- OLED1 to U1.
Button Connections- Connect each button to respective pins on the U1.
- NEXT Button: NEXT to U1.
- MENU Button: MENU to R5.
- OK Button: OK to R7.
Capacitors and Resistors- Filter Capacitors (C2, C3, etc.) and resistors (R5, R6) are used for signal conditioning and circuit stability.
