Here’s how to edit a component’s 3D model in Flux:

Import or Modify the 3D Asset:
You can’t directly edit the 3D model geometry inside Flux. Instead, you must either modify the source 3D file externally or import a new file. -
Add the 3D Model to Your Project:
- Switch to the PCB editor.
- In the left-hand “Objects” panel, right-click on the “Root” folder and select Add > Model.
- This creates a new model object.

Assign the 3D Asset to the Model Object:
- With the new “Model” object selected, go to the inspector on the right.
- Click add rule under “Object-specific rules”.
- Type Asset and click done.
- In the asset input, search for and select the 3D file you uploaded.
