Here are the steps to change your PCB board size in Flux:

In the left-hand panel, select the "Objects" tab and then click on the "Layout" object.
(Note: The layout object is visible only if you have at least one part in your schematic.)
In the right-hand panel, under "Object-Specific Rules", click "Edit" or "Add" and search for the rule "Size".
Type your desired dimensions. You can specify the units by adding "mm", "in", or "mil". For example, inputting 20mm 10mm will set an x-size of 20 mm and a y-size of 10 mm.

Here's how you can modify your board outline, including adding rounded corners and further changing its shape:

In the PCB layout editor, select your board outline object from the layout view.
In the right-hand panel (object inspector), open the board outline's properties.
Look for options related to shape editing. You should find a setting for Corner Radius or a tool labeled similar to "Edit Board Outline Shape." Adjusting the corner radius will add rounded corners to your board outline.
You can also manually adjust the outline by dragging the individual corner points to create non-rectangular shapes if needed.
