  • U1, RC filters, optocouplers, and related circuitry were repositioned toward the center.

  • Some stale routing was cleared and routing checks were attempted.
Current known state:
  • The PCB is not DRC-clean.
  • The routing is not complete.
  • Previous checks still showed:
    • 35 airwire errors
    • 15 dangling-trace warnings
    • Blocked/unroutable pins around U1/support passives.
  • Final autorouting and full DRC/ERC closure still need to be completed.
What remains:
  1. Re-space the U1/support-passive area to unblock the reported pins.
  2. Delete dangling traces/stale routing.
  3. Rerun autorouting.
  4. Verify the 5 mm isolation barrier is free of copper.
  5. Run final DRC/ERC until no unresolved violations remain.
