It operates with a supply voltage range of 2.0 V to 5.5 V and supports an external clock frequency of up to 20 MHz. The device provides 13 bidirectional I/O pins and includes a Timer0 8-bit timer/counter with prescaler, as well as interrupt capability. It uses a 14-bit instruction set architecture and integrates serial programming support.
