Operates from a 12 V to 76 V input voltage, provides an adjustable output voltage from 1.0 V to 76 V, and features a programmable switching frequency from 50 kHz to 750 kHz. Includes current-mode control, soft-start, enable input, 0 µA standby current, precision reference (±1.5%), externally programmable undervoltage lockout (UVLO) with hysteresis, overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown (TSD). Specified for operation over a −40°C to +85°C temperature range and housed in an 8-pin HTSOP-J exposed-pad package.
