TPS3436CFDBEDDFRQ1 – Automotive precision window watchdog timer that monitors system operation by supervising watchdog timing and asserting a reset output when timing faults occur. It operates from a 1.04 V to 6.0 V supply, draws 250 nA typical quiescent current, supports factory-programmed or user-programmable watchdog timeout and reset delay, and provides active-low open-drain or push-pull outputs with watchdog enable/disable, startup delay, manual reset, and latched output options.
