It operates at a forward voltage of 1.95 V typ. (2.4 V max.) at 10 mA, provides 8 mcd minimum and 15 mcd typical luminous intensity at 10 mA, has a 50° viewing angle, and a 588 nm dominant wavelength (590 nm peak). The device supports a maximum continuous forward current of 30 mA and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
