Initial inspection found a 5-pin DBV/SOT-23-5 part with pins 1 IN, 2 GND, 3 EN, 4 N/C, and 5 OUT. The footprint asset appears to have a severe unit-scaling issue: nominal 1.25 mm pad offsets and 0.6 × 1.2 mm pads are rendered as 0.00125 mm and 0.0006 × 0.0012 mm.
