    Integrated Automotive eFuse with Hot-Swap Controller – Automotive-grade integrated electronic fuse (eFuse) and hot-swap controller for power distribution, automotive ECUs, ADAS, industrial automation, servers, SSDs, and embedded power management. Operates from a 2.7 V to 26 V input supply (30 V absolute maximum) and integrates a 2.7 mΩ MOSFET capable of supporting up to 20 A load current with an adjustable current limit from 2 A to 20 A. Features 1.5% accurate load current monitoring, programmable inrush current control, adjustable overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP), reverse current blocking with external blocking FET drive, thermal shutdown, short-circuit protection, fault timer, auto-retry or latch-off fault response, and power-good/fault reporting for robust system protection. Specified for operation over a −40°C to +125°C temperature range and housed in a compact 24-pin VQFN (4 × 4 mm) package.
