Part Datasheet Audit

The part already has a datasheet URL, so I’m preserving it and validating the device against TI’s official documentation while inspecting every terminal and footprint pad.
The 12-pad land pattern matches TI’s YWP0012A geometry, but the metadata and terminal definitions already show issues; I’m completing the variant-specific pin and property audit now.
Audit complete against the official TI TPS25948 Rev. D datasheet. The existing Datasheet URL was already populated, so it was left unchanged; the 12-pad YWP0012A footprint and pin numbering match TI, including 2.4 × 1.7 mm PowerWCSP geometry.
Key specs: 3.5–23 V operation, 28 V absolute maximum, 8 A continuous, 12.2 mΩ typical on-resistance, adjustable 1–9 A current limiting, true reverse-current blocking, auto-retry fault response, and −40°C to +125°C junction range.
Flagged mismatches: Part Type is incorrectly “Electromechanical Components,” package is incorrectly “TO” instead of YWP 12-ball DSBGA/PowerWCSP, all pin types are “Unspecified,” pin descriptions are missing, and the rendered schematic symbol appears blank; VIN/VOUT labels are acceptable aliases for TI’s IN/OUT names. I filed an internal part-quality report covering these issues.
