Pin Function Grouping

I’ll inspect the current symbol pins, assign clear functional groups (power, logic/control, and RS-485 bus), then verify the symbol organization.
Grouped and verified all pins by function:
  • Power: VCC
  • Ground: GND
  • Logic Interface: R, D, ~RE, DE
  • RS-485 Bus: A, B
Pin orientation and ordering were also configured for a cleaner parametric symbol.
Assign a Terminal Order from 1 to 10, starting with Power. Power should be Terminal Order 1, and Ground should be last, Terminal Order 10. For Orientation, set Power to "Top" and Ground to "Bottom." For the remaining sections/groups, you may decide the Terminal Order and Orientation yourself. For Orientation, distribute them between "Left" and "Right" — don't put everything on one side. Each group/section should have a different orientation.
Assigned terminal order and orientation:
  • VCC: 1, Top
  • R: 2, Left
  • ~RE: 3, Left
  • DE: 4, Left
  • D: 5, Left
  • A: 6, Right
  • B: 7, Right
  • GND: 10, Bottom
Logic and RS-485 groups are placed on opposite sides.
