    Buck-boost DC-DC converter that provides a fixed 3.3 V regulated output from a 1.8 V to 5.5 V input supply using a fully integrated synchronous single-inductor architecture. It operates with a 1.4 MHz (typical) switching frequency, supports output currents up to 1.2 A in buck mode and 800 mA in boost mode (VIN > 2.5 V), and is housed in a TDFN-3×3-10L package. The device features automatic buck/boost mode transition, selectable Auto PFM or forced PWM operation, external clock synchronization, true shutdown with load disconnect, soft-start, cycle-by-cycle over-current protection, and thermal shutdown protection.
