    Buck Switching Regulator IC Positive Adjustable 0.6V 1 Output 3A 14-VFQFN
    Buck step-down switching regulator that converts a 4V to 19V input supply to an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V, delivering up to 3A continuous output current. It uses Constant-On-Time (COT) control with programmable switching frequency, 40µA quiescent current, a Power Good indicator, programmable soft-start, selectable PWM/PFM operation, and integrates thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection in a 2mm × 3mm QFN-14 package.
