The footprint is compatible with the SOIC-8 / SN package. The only footprint caveat is the pad width: the footprint uses 0.65 mm while the Microchip recommended land-pattern table lists X1 max 0.60 mm. This is a small CAD-library/IPC-style deviation, not a pinout error, but should be reviewed if strict Microchip land pattern compliance is required.
  1. Set terminal Pin Type values:
    • VOUTA, VOUTB: Output
    • VINA-, VINA+, VINB-, VINB+: Input
    • VSS, VDD: Power
  2. Add Pin Description properties from the datasheet pin function table.
  3. Optionally change Part Type from generic Integrated Circuits to a more specific operational-amplifier category if the library taxonomy supports it.
  4. Decide whether to keep the existing 0.65 mm pad width as an IPC/library variant or revise to the Microchip recommended 0.60 mm width.
Conclusion
The MCP6V02-E/SN part is electrically and mechanically recognizable as the correct Microchip dual zero-drift op amp in SOIC-8. No MPN, manufacturer, pinout, pin count, or major footprint mismatch was found.
