Non-isolated off-line switcher IC that integrates a 725 V power MOSFET and controller for buck, buck-boost, and flyback power supplies. The LNK3208D-TL operates at a typical 66 kHz switching frequency and provides typical output current capability up to 485 mA in MDCM or 775 mA in CCM at 85–265 VAC, with integrated current limiting, overvoltage, over-temperature protection, and auto-restart.
