Note: one scrape of the newer PDF incorrectly extracted VDS as 30 V. The official product page, alternate official PDF scrape, distributors, and the project description all agree this part is 100 V, so 100 V is the correct value.

  • Pin 2 drain pad is present, and the datasheet tab is also Drain. The footprint does not model a separate electrical tab pad, which is typical for a vertical TO-220 lead footprint unless a board-mounted tab/heatsink feature is required.
  • No critical footprint mismatch found from the available information.
