I’m reading the part project’s metadata, terminal table, and physical footprint first; then I’ll compare them against TI’s source documentation.

Audit complete. The DRV8212DRLR pin numbering and footprint pad mapping match TI’s 6-pin DRL package, but several metadata-quality issues remain.
  • Correct: MPN, 6-pin count, SOT-5X3/DRL package, and pin mapping: 1-IN1, 2-IN2, 3-GND, 4-OUT2, 5-VM, 6-OUT1.
  • Mismatch: Manufacturer is set to “Te”; it should be Texas Instruments.
  • Missing: All symbol pins use Unspecified electrical types and have no descriptions. They should be Inputs, Outputs, Power/Ground, with datasheet-derived descriptions.
  • Footprint variance: Existing pads are approximately 0.711 × 0.229 mm; TI’s current recommended land pattern specifies 0.67 × 0.30 mm pads. Pitch is correctly 0.50 mm, but the pads are narrower than recommended.

  • Key specs: 1.65–11 V motor supply, 4 A peak output, 280 mΩ combined H-bridge resistance, up to 100 kHz PWM, −40°C to +125°C ambient range, internal input pulldowns, and required 0.1 µF VM bypass plus bulk capacitance.
