Automotive Smart High-Side Power Switch – Single-channel N-channel smart high-side power switch for automotive power distribution and wire harness protection. Operates from a 4.1 V to 28 V supply (2.75 V minimum during cranking), supports a 15.7 A nominal load current, and features an ultra-low 3.6 mΩ typical RDS(on). Includes adjustable overcurrent protection (24 A to 137.5 A), integrated I²t wire protection, analog current sensing, open-load detection (ON/OFF state), short-circuit protection, reverse battery protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), overtemperature protection, slew-rate control, and logic-level control input. Qualified to AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262-compliant, it operates over a −40°C to +150°C junction temperature range and is housed in a 14-pin PG-TSDSO exposed-pad package.
