  • Pads 1-8: SMD rectangles, 1.27 mm pitch, size 0.70 mm x 1.525 mm.
  • Pad 9 / exposed pad: 2.4 mm x 3.2 mm.
  • Pin 1-4 side and pin 5-8 side positions match the HTSOP-J8 top-view order.
  • Fab outline is 3.9 mm x 4.9 mm with a pin-1 chamfer; this is consistent with an HTSOP-J8 body drawing while the ROHM package listing gives 4.90 mm x 6.00 mm x 1.00 mm overall package size.
  • Courtyard is 7.45 mm x 5.50 mm.
  • 3D model asset present: BD9G341AEFJ-E2.stp.
Footprint result: generally consistent with ROHM HTSOP-J8 / 8-lead exposed-pad package. Minor note: ROHM package/thermal application-note examples show a 0.75 mm land width in some HTSOP-J8 drawings, while this footprint uses 0.70 mm pad width.
