Audit complete. The official datasheet was already set, and the 24-pad zigzag footprint geometry generally matches Phoenix Contact’s drawing; however, the symbol incorrectly represents 24 independent pins instead of 12 potentials with two paired solder pins each. Pin descriptions are also missing, and the exact 1.5 mm plated drill/annular ring still needs direct footprint verification.

Mismatches / risks
  1. Electrical representation is incorrect or incomplete. The datasheet defines 12 electrical potentials, with two solder pins internally belonging to each potential. The current symbol exposes 24 independently numbered terminals and does not encode the pairs (1–2, 3–4, …, 23–24) as the same electrical connection or intentional duplicate/jumper pins. A user could route the two physical pins of one terminal as unrelated signals.
  2. Pin descriptions are absent. All terminal descriptions are undefined and pin type is Unspecified. At minimum, each should identify its potential and mate, e.g. Potential 1, solder pin A/B.
  3. Part-level pin semantics should be 12 logical connections. Preferred representation is either a 12-pin symbol mapped to paired footprint pads, or 24 visible pins with duplicate electrical numbers/pairing metadata and the intentional-jumper setting enabled.

  • The available footprint inspection did not expose exact copper annular-ring size, pad shape, plated-hole flag, or complete layer tuple. The 1.5 mm drill diameter must be confirmed directly in the footprint editor before manufacturing.
  • Courtyard/fabrication outline details were not available in the indexed inspection.
Property review and metadata issues
  • Manufacturer and item/order number are correct.
  • The stored datasheet URL is official and valid.
  • The description substantially matches the official product data.
  • The manufacturer calls 1709788 the item/order number; the actual product designation is MKDS 10 HV/12-ZB-10,16. Using 1709788 as the Manufacturer Part Number is common and sourceable, but recording the product designation in the description/name is important.
  • Package/case metadata is missing or nonstandard; it should describe the 12-position, 10.16 mm pitch, zigzag-W, through-hole footprint rather than Screw.
  • If present, a Compliance = Green property is semantically wrong: green is the housing color, not a compliance classification.
Conclusion
The mechanical pad count and zigzag placement appear consistent with the official Phoenix Contact drawing, but the schematic electrical model is not safe as currently represented because it models 24 independent connections instead of 12 paired potentials.
