To connect the CP2102N-A02-GQFN28 (IC1) to the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N8R8 (U1) for serial communication and power, you can do the following:

Power Connections

Connect VDD
- Connect $IC1:6$ to $U1:1$ .
GND Connections
- Connect $IC1:3$ to $U1:3$ , $U1:4$ , $U1:5$ , $U1:6$ , and all other GND pins.

Serial Communication Connections

Connect TXD
- Connect $IC1:26$ to $U1:48$ .
Connect RXD
- Connect $IC1:25$ to $U1:49$ .

USB Connections

Connect USB D+
- Connect $IC1:4$ to the D+ line of the USB connector.
Connect USB D-
- Connect $IC1:5$ to the D- line of the USB connector.

Additional Control Connections

Connect the EN (Enable) Pin
- Connect $IC1:28$ to $U1:2$ .

Suspend and Wake-Up Connections

Connect SUSPEND and SUSPENDb
- Optionally, you can use $IC1:12$ (SUSPEND indicator) and $IC1:11$ (SUSPENDb) for additional control signals based on your application requirements.
