This is a PCB design of a bass boosted speaker. It boosts the amplitude of input signals and filters them to retain most lower frequency sounds.

The Texas Instruments TPA3140D2 is a high-efficiency, Class-D audio power amplifier designed for driving bridged-tied stereo speakers with outputs up to 10 W per channel into 6 Ω or 8 Ω loads. With advanced EMI suppression technology, including spread spectrum control and a 1SPW modulation scheme, the TPA3140D2 ensures robust performance while minimizing electromagnetic interference. Operating within a wide supply voltage range from 4.5 V to 14.4 V, this amplifier eliminates the need for heat sinks due to its up to 90% efficient Class-D operation. Integrated SpeakerGuard™ protection features such as automatic gain limit (AGL), adjustable power limiter, and DC protection enhance speaker safety and audio quality. This is a speech output model for a NIFPES (Nitrogen Injection Fire Prevention and Exhaustion System) machine. ESP32 is being used where it is connected with a limit switch LXW20-11M and ESP32 is connected with DFPlayer mini MP3 Speaker module and the speaker module is further connected to a speaker. This model is powered by a PLC SMPS of 24V and is connected to the door of the control panel of the machine. Function:- Now whenever the door is opened or closed, there is a speech output from the speaker "The door is open" or "The door is closed". Further work to be done:- I need to integrate the fire alarm signals and 20 more signals of 24v each from the PLC output to the ESP32 so that there can be speech outputs whenever any signal is high.

I would like your input on it as well ...so basically it is an earpod with a charging box.. the earpod has bluetooth and speaker.. the charging box however has a GPS and, memory card.. along with the charging modules ... The idea is to have this device play audio which can be pre saved in the memory card o the charging box via an app on the phone which can be connected to using Bluetooth..
