Placement is verified at 48 × 75 mm; the attempted 44 × 68 mm top-only pack was not feasible without violating clearances. The 1.60 mm stackup, eight-LED row, bottom-edge connectors, mounting holes, and four-layer antenna exclusion are in place; I’m starting routing preflight and critical-net routing now.

Routing preflight is clear except for four expected USB-C duplicate VBUS/GND pad warnings; those pads are same-net and the router safely merges them. I also removed the unwanted coupled-pair constraint while retaining USB length grouping, and moved the antenna exclusion outward so no ESP32 signal pad is inside it.

The revised schematic and placement are complete: 86 components, 48 × 75 mm, all top-side, 1.60 mm 4-layer stackup, and no component taller than 4.3 mm. The sourced height list is in Power Budget and Height Review.
Blocked
  • Routing cannot start because the existing auto-route job is out of credit and the platform failed to resume it.
  • Copper pours, stitching vias, final silkscreen cleanup, and post-route DRC remain pending.
  • No component exceeds 6 mm, so no lower-profile substitutions are currently required.
Once routing credit is available, resume the existing routing job rather than starting over.
